Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at geral@o-felia.pt, and we’ll assist you in locating your order.
Ofélia da Barrosa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package or using secure delivery locations.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at geral@o-felia.pt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For convenience, you may use a shipping service of your choice to send the item back to us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at geral@o-felia.pt with photos and details of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
